In order to obtain a pool pass the HOA dues must be current. If you are a Renter, your Landlord must email the office confirming we can issue the pool pass to you. Please make sure they include the property address, their contact information and the Renters information. 

Permits are required for any add-ons, decks, new construction, moving mobile/manufactured homes, yard sales, etc. If you are unsure if you need a permit, please contact the office. Also note, Hood County Road Operations require a permit for all driveways connecting to a county road. The permit is free to obtain from the Road Operations department.
