It takes a community to uplift a community! 

Join us as we set in roots and grow a healthy, vibrate community. 

Oak Trail Owners Association is made up on three separate divisions: Oak Trail Shores, Oak Hills, and Lake Granbury Estates.  

Volunteers are our MOST valued asset. 

From maintaining the grounds to sitting on the board - they are how this community is able to function. 

Unlike other HOAs, we have extremely low dues that 100% go back to the community through park, pier, and pool maintenance and improvements. 

There is a lot to be done, from helping with events to helping out a neighbor.
